1)     Master Card, Discover, and Visa are accepted for rental payments.

2)     The rental rates increase by $110.00 per week or $35.00 per day for each occupant in excess of 4 per villa. (Although a maximum of 6 guests may occupy a Villa, we discourage use by more than 4 adults at any time.

3)     No rental will be confirmed until a non-refundable minimum rental deposit of $500.00 per week is received.

4)     Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival.

5)     Maid service is available at any time for a nominal fee.
